Week 10 Term 2 + Year 7 = half way!

7 Greeners,

You are doing a fantastic job.  You are almost halfway through the year and a little bit closer to HIGH SCHOOL! 

Mrs C and I had a great time meeting with some of your parents during last week for the P/T interviews.  7 Green you need to be very proud of what you have achieved so far.  Remember you still need to keep the effort going till Friday.  Everyday counts.
This week brings the athletics carnival.  So make sure you have a drink and your hat everyday.  We also have a mini maths test on decimal fractions.  Remember to study a little each night and you will be right. 

You will  have you music lesson as normal but no PE as Miss Doherty will be running Athletics all week.  Dance Fever ends on Tuesday and parents are welcome to come along and be amazed at your dance skills.  Your lesson starts at 2pm on the undercover court.

Library will be on and you will have your PIZZA party at 1st break.  Lucky you 7 Green.  We will have our assembly as per usual staring in Siena at 2:25pm. 

IMPORTANT

 

Semester One reports cards will be sent home on WEDNESDAY in your portfolios.  If you are absent Mrs Cullen will hold on to the portfolio and report card until your return. 

 

Cultural Literacy with Mrs I. Remember, Mrs I has kindly invited you all to bring in a pillow or cushion to make watching a culturally relevant film all that more comfortable. You are also allowed to bring in some yummy snacks to munch on while watching the movie. 

 

Get your running shoes on and wear your house colour for the Athletics Carnival! It is also the very last day of Term 2. Mrs Cullen and I would like to wish you all a wonderful and safe holiday. See you all at the beginning of Term 3 on Monday the 8th of July, 2013.
